The omens are certainly in United’s favour. They will be top of the table going into a Premier League meeting with Liverpool for the first time since January 2013.
Back then they were led by the great Sir Alex Ferguson, with the Red Devils going on to win the title in that campaign.
Klopp side’s are winless in three Premier League games (D2 L1), failing to score in their last two fixtures.
Meanwhile, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men haven’t registered a win in their last four league games against Liverpool (D2 L2).
