Jamie Carragher’s high-pitched yelp as Alisson made an uncharacteristic error in Liverpool’s 4-1 defeat to Manchester City delighted Gary Neville.
The Sky Sports commentator produced the bizarre noise in the second-half of the Anfield clash on Sunday when the Reds goalkeeper hesitated on the ball, which eventually led to Ilkay Gundogan’s second goal.

The 28-year-old compounded his error by repeating it seconds later – passing to Bernardo Silva even closer to goal and his simple chip was headed home by Raheem Sterling for his first goal at Anfield since he left and his 100th under Pep Guardiola.
Neville, though, sitting alongside him joked he would make Carragher’s yelp his ringtone ‘for the next week’ as he poked fun at the former Liverpool defender.
But now one fan – @ollie_hughesss on TikTok – has decided to do his Sky Sports colleague a favour by using the moan in the chorus of the John Legend song, All of Me.
And it left his pals and former teammates, including John Terry, Luis Garcia and Micah Richards, in hysterics.

On the pitch, however, Phil Foden impressed when he emphatically sealed the points for City with a thunderous shot to move the high-flying league leaders five points clear at the top of the table.
Alisson was back in the team after missing the midweek defeat to Brighton with illness but he will be sick when he watches back his part in City’s first victory on this ground since 2003 and only their second in 34 visits.
Victory extended City’s winning run to 14 matches and left Liverpool 10 points behind having played one match more and even in this season of surprises a comeback from that position seems unlikely.
