Fulham v Manchester United: Team news
Fulham will have Mario Lemina and Aleksandar Mitrovic available the visit of high-flying United.
Lemina has overcome an unspecified injury problem, while Mitrovic has recovered from a minor hamstring issue suffered in the FA Cup win at QPR on January 9.
On-loan midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek will also return to contention having been ineligible for Saturday’s defeat to parent club Chelsea.
Antonee Robinson and Bobby Decordova-Reid are suspended while Terence Kongolo remains sidelined with a hamstring injury.
Meanwhile, United hope to only be without two players at Craven Cottage.
Phil Jones and Brandon Williams are out through injury while new signing Amad Diallo will not be called upon just yet.
Fulham v Manchester United: What has been said?
Scott Parker believes Man United have ‘all the ingredients’ to be Premier League champions and has praised rival manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer for overcoming a tricky opening to the campaign.
He said: “For Ole and the stature of club he’s at, there was probably every man and his dog wanting change or wasn’t happy with it [at the start of the season].
“Fair play to the resilience in Ole and his squad of players. To be sitting top of the Premier League after that is quite remarkable.
“They’ve got all the ingredients to be champions. They’ve got a fantastic squad and players in attacking areas that can score goals and cause a lot of teams problems.
“They’re on the upward curve, momentum is firmly with them, so why not? I am sure they are right in there with the contenders.”

After winning consecutive league games against Man Utd in 2009, Fulham are winless in their last 11 against the Red Devils (D2 L9), shipping 29 goals in that run.
Man Utd have won their last four away Premier League games against Fulham, by an aggregate score of 12-1. The Red Devils had won just four of their first 10 visits to the Cottagers in the competition (D4 L2).
Man Utd are unbeaten in their last eight Premier League games against promoted sides (W6 D2), scoring 25 goals in those games since a 0-2 loss to Cardiff in May 2019.
Of all sides to have played more than two Premier League games on Wednesdays, Man Utd have the highest win rate (62% – 70/113).
Since their 2-1 win against Leicester in November, Fulham have scored three goals in seven Premier League matches (D5 L2), failing to score on four occasions in that run.
Fulham have failed to score in each of their last three home league games. They last went four without a goal at home in August 1969, while they last did so in the top-flight back in December 1961.
Man Utd are looking to record three consecutive Premier League clean sheets for the first time since February 2020.
Man Utd are the only side without an away defeat in the Premier League so far this season (W7 D2), while the Red Devils have picked up the most points (23) and scored the most goals (22) on the road in the competition this term.
Man Utd are unbeaten in their last 16 Premier League away games. In their top-flight history, they’ve only once gone longer without defeat on the road – 17 games between December 1998-September 1999.
Man Utd striker Marcus Rashford has scored in his last two Premier League appearances in London, scoring as many goals in those two games as in his first 19 games in the capital (2). The last Red Devils player to score in three consecutive league games in London was Wayne Rooney in November 2014.
